At Chaska Era, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of each hoodie we produce.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at help@chaskaclothing.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions. Please do not send items back before your return request is confirmed.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or there was an issue with your order, we’ll gladly exchange it once the original item is returned and inspected.
Replacement shipping is on us for approved exchanges.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of processing.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@chaskaclothing.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it promptly.
