Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
All orders are shipped from California, USA, using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

       - Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch

       - International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on customs and location

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal volume.


Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order is dispatched.


Packaging

Each order is shipped in our custom Chaska Era poly mailer, designed to protect your hoodie and arrive in premium condition.

We avoid excessive packaging to reduce environmental waste while ensuring your product arrives safely.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Chaska Era is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly for the fastest resolution.
